If a problem occurs with one of our remanufactured cartridges during its life cycle, Tasmanian Printer Cartridge Company will correct the defect immediately or will refund the remanufacturing price.

Additionally Tasmanian Printer Cartridge Company will reimburse any cost involved with the repair of your printer, in the unlikely event that our remanufactured cartridge caused damage.

This warranty is dependant upon the customer providing Tasmanian Printer Cartridge Company with the defective cartridge, the repair cost and a written statement on your service technician’s letterhead before work commences.

Satisfactory evidence must be provided to show that the printer damage was due to a defect in the cartridge.

This guarantee does not apply to normal wear or damage from abnormal use, neglect or accident.
